Fall is one of the most spectacular seasons in the Sierra! The air cools while dried mule’s ear and golden aspen rattle in the breeze. There is a hushed excitement before all goes quiet for the winter. But fall is also the time mom-duties gear up with school. I was so happy to get this hike in between the school bus drop off and pick up schedule.
