Long Valley, California
The Three Chimneys are a well-known landmark along the Sonora Pass highway. There are beautiful mountain meadows that provide stunning views of these unique volcanic formations. Before I painted, I had some luxurious time to wade across the creek and sit on the warm granite to meditate. The environment seemed to vibrate gently, and the peace I felt was like a cat purring on my chest.
